16.TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This “D&D Premium Rewards” Voucher Booklet is created by D&D SIGNATURE VACATION (M) SDN BHD.
2. This voucher booklet is marketed and sold solely by D&D SIGNATURE VACATION (M) SDN BHD
and its appointed Agents.
3. The partner merchants of this voucher booklet have a standing agreement with D&D SIGNATURE VACATION (M) SDN BHD.
4. The voucher booklet is valid till 31st Dec 2022.
5. This voucher booklet includes various vouchers under a variety of categories. All vouchers have their respective T&C as well as validity period at the back of each voucher.
6. The vouchers are not applicable with other on-going promotions.
7. Voucher is FULLY TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NOT REDEEMABLE for cash or other vouchers.
8. D&D Signature Vacation (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke
the use of Vouchers for any reason, including or due to:
I. Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Voucher use;
II.Voucher abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
III.Vouchers used in bad faith (including resold Vouchers or use of Vouchers by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling).
9. Reservation for vouchers must be done in accordance with their respective Terms & Conditions.
10. In any case, there is a merchant partner who has closed down or relocated, D&D Signature Vacation (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible.
11. All reservation request is always subject to availability.
12. Additional charges may apply for additional request.
13. No amendment or cancellation of reservation is allowed after confirmation of reservation is done.
14. Only one (1) voucher can be used per booking and the original voucher must be presented upon booking.
15. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
16. The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
17. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed and no replacement will be provided under these circumstances.
18. Vouchers cannot be grouped together and used for single transaction.
19. All inquiries must be directed to the respective merchants. The details are listed behind each voucher.
20. All sales purchases must be banked in only to D&D Signature Vacation’s bank account which is as

21. Please refrain from banking in your purchases into any personal accounts of any staff or agents. Only deposits made into D&D Signature Vacation’s official CIMB account will be entertained. Any misrepresentation will not be borne by D&D Signature Vacation (M) Sdn Bhd.
This Terms and Conditions also serves as an agreement between “purchaser” and “D&D Signature
Vacation Sdn. Bhd.”. By purchasing this product, the “purchaser” will by default enter into this Agreement thus accepting all the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
