Devaraj Narayanan has a 20 years vast experience in the hospitality, travel & tourism Industry and is the Managing Director/CEO of D&D Signature Vacation (M) Sdn Bhd.
Devaraj started off his journey in this industry and joined a reputable vacation company in Malaysia in the year 2000 as a Connection Points Advisor (Consultant) operated by Leisure Holidays Berhad. After gaining experience in the industry and learning how to be an effective holiday consultant, he later joined another reputable company in December 2001 as a Vacation Consultant operated by Swiss Garden International Vacation Club. The journey began here in SGIVC, where after 6 months of consistent outstanding performance, he was promoted to an Assistant Sales Manager for a newly opened branch located in Batu Pahat where he continued to excel and within the 1 year time frame, his dynamic closing techniques gave him the opportunity to be promoted to a Sales Manager for the same branch.
In 2003, he was again offered an opportunity by the company, being promoted to a Branch Manager to take over the operations of an existing branch in Sungai Petani, Kedah. With the right attitude and excellence in the service line, he was given the responsibility of overlooking a few other branches to improve the operations and sales.
Below are some of the achievements whilst being Branch Manager:
- 1st runner – up for the year 2016 achieving RM4,515,600
- Being the Top branch for the month of September 2006 achieving RM884,000
Being an effective branch manager, he was then promoted to Regional Manager, hence managing 5 branches simultaneously and being involved in openings of new branches and market segments. He also achieved numerous accolades with his management

After 13 years of service at various reputable vacation club companies, he later joined BSM Vacation Marketing Sdn Bhd as a General Manager to sell and market timeshare products operated by Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad. During the appointment under BSM Vacation Marketing Sdn Bhd, he received numerous awards . To name a few:
- Highest Revenue Branch
- Highest record achievement of RM8.7 Million in 1 financial year
- Top sales manager to close the highest sales volume
- Company hit & win target “Toyota Camry” in the year 2014
In summary, he has a total of 20 years of solid experience in the hospitality, travel & tourism industry and has received numerous testimonials from members on his excellent customer service skills. He has expertise in all aspects of sales and marketing including managing, planning, strategizing, implementing and executing. He also graduated from the hospitality & tourism faculty before pursuing his career path in the hospitality, travel & tourism industry which has given him a solid foundation to grow, perform and excel in all his undertakings and career.
All these vast experiences had later pushed him to start his own business venture with “D&D Signature Vacation (M) Sdn Bhd”. He has also developed his own product called “D&D Signature Reward”, a vacation platform that services an unlimited choice of vacation needs for consumers and businesses.
